What brought me to teaching guitar, and then all of the other instruments that I now teach is a passion for music. Pure and simple. Out of this passion comes enthusiasm for many styles of music.
Music is constantly evolving, growing, changing, and dividing into genre, and sub-genre. Naturally I have my own preferences, but as a music tutor, I feel it to be important for this not to obstruct the choices of the students that I teach. This is my roundabout way of expressing my openness to teach all styles.
So, here’s some genres I am quite at home with teaching:
